Off-Campus Accommodation
  • Due to limited accommodation resources at School of International Education, it cannot be guaranteed that you can reside in the International Student Apartments. Please complete your accommodation reservations in advance. If no reservation is made or the reservation is unsuccessful, you should independently arrange safe and reliable accommodation before departure, considering options such as renting a house or staying in a hotel. Given the limited number of rooms in the International Student Apartments, rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the actual arrival and check-in order. Please plan your travel accordingly.

  • International students choosing off-campus accommodation must register at the nearest local police station within 24 hours of arrival in China.

  • Bring your lease agreement, passport and relevant supporting documents during registration.

  • After completing registration at the local police station, you should proceed to the BUCT International Student Affairs Office for on-campus registration.

Important Notes for Off-Campus Accommodation Registration
  • Please ensure that the rented property complies with relevant local public security regulations, and that the lease agreement is a formal contract.

  • When registering, you must provide truthful and valid address information to avoid any impact on your legal residency status.

  • You must re-register within 24 hours if you change your residence.

  • Failure to complete registration as required may impact your visa and residence permit status.
